At Soapvera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at support@soapvera.com.
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please email support@soapvera.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You then have a further 14 days to return eligible products.
For health and hygiene reasons, products supplied with a protective seal that are unsuitable for return once unsealed cannot be returned under the change-of-mind cancellation right if that seal has been removed after delivery.
Products that remain sealed and eligible for cancellation can be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.
This exception does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@soapvera.com.
Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
For valid change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will include the product price and applicable standard outbound delivery charges.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when cancelling because they have changed their minds.
